10. Digital Products and Refunds
This site does not currently sell products, courses, or paid services. This section applies once digital products are offered, so the rules are already set here.
- Products sold on this site, if any, will be digital items (for example downloads, templates, tools, or similar digital content) delivered electronically.
- Digital products are non-refundable once they are delivered or access is given, because a digital item cannot be returned the way a physical item can.
- If a specific product's own page states a different or more detailed refund policy, that policy applies to that purchase instead of the general rule above.
- A refund may still be given at my own discretion, or where required by law – for example, if a product is genuinely broken or not as described.
